Black Shadows

My heart is now like a icy land,

No one to hold my lonely hand.

I don’t know how to make things right, 

I don't want to cry anymore tonight.

Singing this song into the air,

I am living life without any care.

Looking up at the stars in the sky,

Drying those tears from my eye.

Closing my eyes, what do I see? 

There's so many things that I could be,

Instead of thinking, I should try,

And forget about the tears I cried.

I can be live in a world of hope, 

Letting go and learn how to cope.

With everything life throws me way, 

I want to live my fullest every day. 

I can force the shadows back to the dark, 

Leaving without a single scratch or mark.

I learned to live without your pain,

Without putting myself through any strain.

Believe

Been a while I picked my pen,

Reason of it might be my pain,

Sitting at my table watching rain;

To everything I’m ready to fain.

Time was harsh,

Life was in a rush,

I was confused and gush;

Still I pretended to blush.

Hard time comes to everyone I believe,

Doesn’t mean life is ready to cleave,

To all of them I have conceive;

Making me strong on this eve.

 

Life is all about adventure,

 A hard ride in a roller-coaster,

Be happy and stay mentally strong;

Only thing will Keep you bold and young.
