Wrestling - fight for justice

Combat game of competing each other,
Using strength, technique and strategy to outmaneuver.
With thousands of years of foundation,
Practiced in different forms and variation.

Gold, Silver, Bronze:
From Olympic to state, there're norms,
Everyone should follow them all,
It's a game, there'll be rise and fall.

But today the fight is different,
The game has changed, norms are fragment.
A voice is raised by the people who're few:
If they're not heard, Is they any chance of the new?

In the land of "Of, by and for the people"
Voices are suppressed, justice is cripple.
It's time we all have to be aware.
Join the fight which isn't played fair.

Quitting fame walking towards the point of needle,
Is inauguration more important than life of people?
Today it's them, tomorrow will be the remains,
Today it's medals, tomorrow will be cremains.

Today when help is refused,
Ambedkar should find 'IT' to be misused.
As said, now he should be the first one to burn,
In his absence, we've to grow and learn.

Remember?

Now that you all remember me:
I want to tell you a story,
About the time when you're free,
Industries were important more than a tree;

Do you remember?
The number of trees you've cut.
Have you thought, ever?
Before destroying the forests to mud.

You kept chopping the trees,
Thinking Oxygen cylinders will be enough;
You just locked yourself without keys:
Your life is nothing but bluff.

But now that you remember me,
Understand the importance of my creation;
In my world you're just a small bee,
Every other element has its own application.

Koel's Nest

 In the mist, lies a trust;
Easy to believe but hard to see,
Only visible when you remove the dust;
What really it is meant to be.

It's takes a life to keep it up;
And just a moment to end-
Whosoever thinks it's a tea cup;
More you loose, more you comprehend.

In this untrodden pavement of tests;
Not your words but actions will survive,
Life is similar to Koel's nest;
One mistake and you'll die alive.

Imperfect Perfection

We think we are perfect,
But we are nothing near-
We want to top in every aspect;
And failures are our constant fear.

We think we can solve everything,
But we don't even know the problem-
We are just trying to be a king;
With no regret and no shame.

To prove our perfectness:
We can go to any extend,
Reality is, In this game of chess;
Being a winner, we can only pretend.

We should never forget:
Only way to perfectness is mistakes.
And achieving this valuable asset;
Aren't any pieces of cakes.

Gone, Not forgotten

You might have forgotten me,
It's more than a year now-
I'm in guilt and you're free,
Even you forgot all the vow.

I can accept all your reasons,
But don't I deserve atleast a text?
Waiting and will wait all the seasons,
I'm ready to face what happens next.

Everyday I will put on a smile,
And pretend to be strong;
Every night I will think for a while,
And cry the rest thinking I'm wrong.

They say you have moved on,
Shedding tears, I'm wasting cotton:
I'll never stop to keep my hope upon,
You're gone but not forgotten.

Little Hands

I don't know what was in his mind,
But he really got my attention;
I don't know if I was trying to be kind,
Or I was playing with his affection.

I was in my daily routine work,
When he showed up with his little hands;
Only after a while I noticed the spark,
Little guy with few coins in front, He stands.

He handed me the coins for the food,
Maybe he doesn't want to borrow-
But I could clearly notice his solitude,
He was not only hungry but also in sorrow.

He was least bother about the people,
Maybe he came just noticing the crowd;
Hunger definitely strikes like a needle,
His eyes and actions were telling this loud.

He was in fear of running low on coins,
And handed over whatever he had-
Hunger kills your soul and make hand joins,
For what we've, stop asking more; Be glad.

Daughter's Tale

Everyone has a bad time, even do we.
Everyone loses someone, even did we three.
Nineteen years ago lost the most important;
Dad, A person so loving always our constant.

Wish you were there to see us grew up,
Hold our reports and scould us a bit;
Wish you were there to take us to club,
Your absence never can be filled.

Wish you were there to hold our hands,
Your daughter's are mother's now;
Wish you were there in all our plans,
From naming grandkids to teach them vow.

Though Mom left no stones unturned,
To provide us a comfortable life;
She suffered and lessons we learned,
Without Dad life is different and strife.

A person so intelligent, hardworking, humble-
Words are short even if I use all I knew,
Everytime writing a application we struggle;
Till today none can write as good as you.

Dad, Our Hero we love and miss you;
We know you love your daughter's too.
Now left is memories of good times together,
Wherever you are you'll be with us forever.
