Draupadi

She was alone in the dark,

Four people started to bark;

She was scared in need of help:

Instead of helping they made her yelp.

She was a responsibility not opportunity,

But they knew our country's impunity;

She was raped and then burnt-

We witnessed all and no lessons learnt.

She now left the entire nation in shock,

Like earlier again those four were locked;

I ask, why she isn't safe in her own house?

She's is a mother, a sister and a spouse.

Lessons to be learnt and justice to be done,

Four people, four bullets and a gun;

We had Mahabharata for a girl if you know-

In this land we don't treat girls as a ho.
